Job Title: Team Leader/ATL
Job Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a team of 20-25 associates in order to meet daily operational goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. This position involves handling escalations, motivating the team, evaluating performance, and addressing operational challenges.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational targets
Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions
Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations
Identify and address operational process gaps
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Plan team schedules and allocate resources effectively
Manage customer complaints and escalation calls as required
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Experience:
