About the Role

As an E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and digital marketing efforts in US-based marketplaces. Your role will involve managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Google Shopping, and others, along with executing social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

✅ E-commerce Marketing & Sales Growth

Develop & execute eCommerce marketing campaigns (Amazon, Walmart, Google Shopping, etc.).
Manage daily operations, including product listings, pricing, and order fulfillment.
Set up & optimize paid advertisements on various e-commerce marketplaces.

✅ Social Media & Digital Marketing

Build and execute social media marketing strategies.
Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Develop creatives for the website, banners, and landing pages.

✅ Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Optimize website content and marketing programs to drive sales.
Ensure accuracy of all site assets, links, and promotions.

✅ US Market & Timezone Coordination

Occasionally attend meetings in US time zones.
Understand and apply global eCommerce trends.

Requirements

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
???? Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply!).
???? Skills Required:

Knowledge of Retail Ads Marketing & eCommerce strategies.
Experience with Amazon/Walmart Seller Advertising (Preferred).
Understanding of Google Analytics, UX, and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in English.
