Role Overview

This position is a dual role focused on executive support and talent coordination. You will be the right hand to the CEO while also managing key aspects of the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

???? Executive Assistance

  • Draft and edit emails, memos, and internal/external communications

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, client follow-ups, and day-to-day logistics

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks

  • Ensure executive priorities and organizational goals are effectively managed

  • Maintain smooth communication flow across stakeholders

???? Talent Coordination

  • Understand hiring needs across the company and align recruitment efforts accordingly

  • Post job openings across job boards, colleges, and social networks

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to managers

  • Use selection tools (e.g., video/phone interviews, ATS systems) efficiently

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires


What You Bring

  • Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in executive assistance or recruitment

  • Freshers/interns with strong skills and eagerness to learn are welcome

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to company-specific software

  • Knowledge of ATS, CMS, and other recruitment tools

  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
