Shift Schedule: Night Shift (Fixed Shift) - US Time Zone

Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated professionals to join our international upselling and cross-selling process for the largest telecom company in the US—AT&T. If you have experience in international customer service and a passion for sales, this is your opportunity to excel in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for upselling and cross-selling telecom products and services.
  • Provide high-quality service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including sales targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and processes to address customer queries effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing value-added solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferred)
    • International customer service experience is a must
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language: Fluent in English (preferred)
