About the Company:

Australian Premium Solar (India) Ltd. is a leading provider of high-quality solar energy solutions. We are rapidly expanding and looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our Wholesale B2B Sales Division across multiple cities in India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and channel partners

  • Identify business opportunities and drive sales of solar products

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients

  • Conduct product training and support for clients when required

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and post-sale support

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs


Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of total work experience

    • At least 1 year in B2B/wholesale solar product sales (preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market opportunities

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
