Job Type: Full-time
Location: Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana
Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

About Kritikala:

Kritikala is a sustainable fashion and accessories brand specializing in garments for men, women, and children, as well as bags and home décor items. Our products are crafted in-house using local textiles like kalamkari, mangalgiri cotton, and ikat cotton, with hand embroidery artisans enhancing our designs.

We are looking for an experienced store salesman to manage the store inventory, improve sales, and enhance customer engagement at our Shaikpet location.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Store Management:

Organize and maintain the display of stock in the store:
- Ensure proper placement of all products.
- Correct labeling (size, price, product name) on every item.
- Maintain product presentation through folding/ironing.
- Regularly update displays to showcase new items and monthly promotions.

✅ Customer Engagement & Sales Growth:

Increase customer footfall through proactive communication:
- Build relationships with existing customers using SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
- Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
- Manage in-store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

✅ Inventory Management:

Receive and record fresh stock from production:
- Conduct quality checks (QC), price evaluation, and labeling.
- Track sales, consignments, samples, and other dispatches.
- Generate monthly finished goods inventory reports:
  1. Conduct physical stock checks.
  2. Update sales and production records.
  3. Review and reconcile discrepancies.

✅ Exhibition Sales:

Oversee Kritikala product sales during exhibitions (both in Hyderabad and other locations):
- Coordinate the transport of goods.
- Achieve sales targets during exhibitions.

✅ Digital Marketing & Online Sales Assistance:

Pack and dispatch eCommerce orders accurately.
Maintain inventory records using PoS systems.

Qualifications Required:

???? Education:

Graduate in any field (preferably from a fashion school).

????️ Language Skills:

Proficient in English (reading and writing).
Able to speak in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

???? Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales.
Familiarity with computer software for billing and stock management.
Experience with eCommerce platforms is an added advantage.

Compensation Package:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
Commission Pay (performance-based incentives).

Work Schedule:

Day shift (in-person at Shaikpet, Hyderabad).
