Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Trade Sales to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves building strong relationships with travel agencies and stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities

Develop & Maintain Relationships: Build and strengthen partnerships with travel agencies and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Client Support & Guidance: Provide information, support, and recommendations to clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential travel agents, promoting airline products and services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Revenue Management, Group Desk, and Sales Support to execute effective sales strategies.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the corporate and retail airline sales sector.
Networking & Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to stay updated on the latest developments and trends.
Travel Requirements: Travel extensively within city limits and occasionally for outstation assignments as needed.
Revenue & Load Factor Management:

  • Achieve revenue targets set by the Manager-in-Charge.
  • Ensure high load factors are maintained from designated stations.
    Negotiations & Sales Closure: Handle group queries and close deals efficiently.
    Alignment with Organizational Goals: Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales, preferably in the airline or travel industry
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
Independent Work Approach: Ability to work remotely and independently
