As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for enhancing the Meetings & Events experience for clients while leading and supporting the Events Solutions team to achieve excellence.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Develop training curriculums based on customer requirements.
Work closely with Team Leaders and the Operations Manager to assess staff training needs.
Deliver high-quality training materials within projected deadlines.
Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Provide coaching and support to the assigned process team.
Maintain strong relationships with BCD Travel personnel.
Adapt to flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight work.
Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Experience in travel domain preferred.
Knowledge of travel reservations processes, airline GDS systems, and technology products.
Strong problem-solving and process reengineering skills.
Ability to train/assist staff during weekends and overnight hours when required.
Excellent customer service delivery skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different BCD Travel regions.
Strong follow-through on goals, plans, and projects.
