Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join PW (Physics Wallah). The ideal candidate should possess strong convincing skills, excellent objection handling abilities, and a confident approach to drive enrollments. You will play a key role in engaging potential students, addressing concerns, and meeting sales targets through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students and parents, explain course benefits, and drive enrollments.
Objection Handling: Effectively address concerns related to fees, curriculum, or competitors.
Creating Urgency: Use strategic communication to encourage immediate enrollment decisions.
Follow-ups: Regularly connect with leads to nurture interest and close sales.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
CRM Management: Update lead status, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
Cross-Selling: Recommend additional courses tailored to student needs.

Key Requirements

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Languages:
- Primary: Hindi (Fluent)
- Secondary: English (Proficient)
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create urgency.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales, inside sales, or customer engagement (EdTech experience is a plus).
