About the Role:

As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll be the face of Tesla in the showroom—engaging with customers, educating them about Tesla’s mission and vehicles, and helping them begin their journey toward sustainable energy. Tesla Advisors deliver an innovative and immersive experience while supporting the sales process from start to finish.

Tesla Advisors are customer-focused professionals who consistently provide an incredible experience, acting as brand ambassadors for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and Engage: Greet walk-in guests in a prompt and friendly manner, aiming to start meaningful conversations.
Sales Support: Drive business and sales through excellent customer service, deep product knowledge, and effective promotional communication.
Customer Profiling: Understand each guest’s background, interests, and timeline to create a comprehensive customer profile.
Education & Excitement: Answer questions and tailor each experience to the individual’s needs and interests.
Product Demonstration: Demonstrate mastery over Tesla products, services, and local EV incentives.
Lead Management: Capture contact details and schedule test drives for qualified prospects.
CRM Updates: Keep Tesla’s CRM updated with accurate customer and sales data.
Policy Adherence: Implement operational procedures to meet customer needs and Tesla goals.

Experience: Customer service background is required.
