Key Responsibilities

Sales

Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, offering expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and packages.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to company growth.

Operations

Itinerary Planning: Design and coordinate detailed travel plans, ensuring bookings meet client expectations.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure the best rates and availability.
Booking Management: Handle reservations, confirmations, and modifications efficiently.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues that arise during the booking process or travel.
Documentation: Ensure all travel documents (visas, tickets, vouchers) are accurately prepared and provided on time.

Customer Service

Client Support: Provide exceptional service, assisting clients from inquiry to post-travel support.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in travel sales/operations, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
✔ Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking software, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
