Handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined time limits.
Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and professionally via written and verbal channels.
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (12th Pass also considered)
Experience:
Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Languages:
English (Required)
Hindi (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
