✔ Customer Support:
???? Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, or chat.
???? Assist customers with order placement, shipment tracking, and returns processing.
???? Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
✔ Collaboration & Coordination:
???? Work with departments like shipping and billing to ensure timely order fulfillment.
???? Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
???? Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors.
✔ Customer Experience & Performance:
???? Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
???? Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
???? Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
✔ Education: No specific requirement (Freshers welcome).
✔ Skills Required:
???? Excellent communication skills (phone/email/chat).
???? Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
???? Problem-solving and attention to detail.
✔ Language: Proficiency in English (required).
