Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at Tesla, you will:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required.
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions to uphold Tesla's high service standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, or BPO roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
