Job Summary:

Costco is offering an exciting opportunity for female candidates to join our team as Tele Callers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while being a key part of our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and assisting with customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective customers and introduce Costco’s products and services.
Customer Assistance: Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about services or products.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets set by the company.
CRM Management: Record and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions and sales progress.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Feedback & Reporting: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer needs and service improvement opportunities.
Confidentiality: Ensure customer data is handled confidentially, adhering to data protection policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet navigation).
CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage, but quick learners are encouraged to apply.
Listening & Problem-Solving: Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
Attitude: Positive, goal-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for customer service and achieving targets.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is a plus but not required. Freshers are welcome and will receive training.
