Job Summary:

Costco is offering an exciting opportunity for female candidates to join our team as Tele Callers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective customers and introduce Costco’s products and services.
  • Customer Assistance: Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about services or products.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets set by the company.
  • CRM Management: Record and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer needs and service improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet navigation).
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage, but quick learners are encouraged to apply.
  • Listening & Problem-Solving: Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
  • Attitude: Positive, goal-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for customer service and achieving targets.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is a plus but not required. Freshers are welcome and will receive training.

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tele-calling, or a related field is preferred.
