Job description

Turing is looking for talented Chrome Extensions Developers to join our team and work remotely. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and deploying Google Chrome extensions while collaborating with top industry leaders and working with leading U.S. companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update Google Chrome Extensions.
  • Create installation files and deploy Google Chrome Extensions to a large enterprise user base.
  • Write well-formed, clean, and well-commented code with a deep understanding of browser architecture.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Chrome Extension development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers).
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and general web functions.
  • Expert-level understanding of Google Chrome APIs.
  • Experience with Chrome Web Store and internal enterprise apps.
  • Experience in deploying Google Chrome Extensions.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript technologies (including jQuery, jQuery UI, Ajax), HTML5, CSS3, and Web UI Design.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with at least a 4-hour overlap with U.S. time zones.

Salary: $60,000 per year.

Location: Remote (with preferred location in Delhi).
