Job Title: IT Administrator (Remote) – Riolabz
Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to maintain our company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the security and efficiency of our systems. This remote role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Technical Support: Provide prompt technical assistance to employees for hardware and software issues.
User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Data Backup: Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery capabilities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT systems and procedures.
Cloud Management: Manage cloud services and related infrastructure.
Inventory Management: Procure and maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with server hardware and software.
Experience with security best practices and tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
