Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for an MEP Modeler at Virtual Building Studio. The MEP Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The role involves collaborating with architects and engineers, conducting clash detection, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of MEP systems in building designs.

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using BIM software.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP designs into overall building plans.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in designs to ensure seamless integration.
Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of MEP systems.
Stay up-to-date with MEP codes and standards to ensure compliance.
