  • Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions to frequently asked questions and technical challenges.

  • Monitor client feedback to identify recurring challenges and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a technical support role, preferably with SaaS or automation platforms.
