Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates for various roles, including software developers, system administrators, data analysts, and more.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and company culture.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills, career aspirations, and suitability for roles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain top IT talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring practices.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
Excellent understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in remote or freelance recruitment.
Certifications in recruitment or HR management (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
Strong networking skills with a solid database of IT professionals.
