The Performance and Reward Enablement Team plays a key role in the Reward and Performance organization, ensuring smooth coordination and consistency across processes. The Product Specialist is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of P&R processes and products while working closely with divisional/regional HR teams, the digital team, and the broader Reward & Performance team to ensure seamless process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and support the delivery of Reward & Performance processes
✅ Work collaboratively with HR teams and digital teams to streamline processes
✅ Ensure end-to-end coordination for efficient process execution
✅ Maintain and update HR Reward products for optimal performance

Requirements:
