We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing human resource operations, supporting employees, and helping build a productive and compliant workplace culture.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development initiatives
Provide support on HR-related topics (e.g. leaves, compensation, conflict resolution)
Promote and support HR programs to maintain a healthy work environment
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies
Contribute to performance management procedures
Gather and analyze HR metrics for insights and improvements
Maintain accurate employee records (both digital and physical)
3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
Solid understanding of HR policies and labor/employment laws
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving aptitude and a team-oriented approach
Full-time MBA in HR is mandatory
Additional HR certifications/training is a plus
