Disney is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. In this strategic role, you will serve as a key partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives drive organizational success.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. Oversee workforce planning efforts to meet business needs.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Leverage data-driven insights to monitor HR effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements to HR strategies.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on regulatory compliance.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching to managers and leaders, helping them build high-performing teams and improve their leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior HRBP role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and manage complex HR issues.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations issues and providing solutions for conflict situations.

Experience:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles, including experience in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
  • Previous experience in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role is highly preferred.
  • A background in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a significant advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including the potential for hybrid working arrangements.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or team-building events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and performance management.
