Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting Netflix’s suite of IT services.
Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT services and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in tele-sales, IT services, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional tone.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales goals.
Basic understanding of IT services, software, and related solutions (training will be provided).
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
Experience with cold calling and lead qualification.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
