Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure passengers are comfortable and provide outstanding service, including assisting with seating, luggage, and any special requirements.
Safety Procedures: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, brief passengers on emergency protocols, and ensure all safety equipment is in working order.
Cabin Preparation: Ensure the cabin is clean, organized, and properly stocked with food, drinks, and essentials before departure.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly and efficiently in emergency situations, ensuring passenger safety and following emergency procedures.
Boarding and Disembarking Assistance: Help passengers board and disembark from the aircraft in a safe and organized manner.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations and a harmonious work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Age: 18 years (or according to airline requirements).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus.
Height and Weight Proportionality: As per airline standards.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
Physical Fitness: Ability to pass medical tests and meet physical standards (e.g., vision, hearing, height, and weight).
Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred (may be provided by the employer).
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adjust to various flight schedules, time zones, and working environments.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is highly desirable but not required.
