???? Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat about US flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
Booking Support: Assist with flight reservations, provide information on schedules, pricing, availability, and modifications.
Issue Resolution: Address travel concerns including delays, baggage issues, and regulation changes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Travel Guidance: Advise on US travel policies, visa requirements, and baggage allowances.
Documentation: Record all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Coordinate with booking and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service in every customer interaction.

✅ Requirements:

Education: Minimum high school diploma (Graduation preferred).
Experience: Customer support or travel/airline industry experience is a plus.
Communication: Excellent English (verbal and written).
Skills: Problem-solving, multitasking, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude.
