Job Title: Travel Customer Service Agent

Location: Delhi, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 - 3 years (Relevant in Travel Industry)
Shift & Schedule:
Day Shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-person


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and chats regarding travel inquiries.

  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide travel information, recommendations, and itinerary planning assistance.

Booking & Reservations:

  • Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services.

  • Manage and modify bookings as required.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations.

Travel Planning & Advice:

  • Research destinations, activities, and travel options.

  • Create personalized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.

  • Provide guidance on visa requirements, vaccinations, and travel essentials.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:

  • Assist customers with flight delays, lost luggage, hotel issues, etc.

  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to resolve issues.

Sales & Upselling:

  • Suggest additional travel products and services to enhance customer experience.

  • Promote travel packages and deals to maximize revenue.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with GDS Systems: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or IATA (Any one is required).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi & English.
Customer Service: Ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
Problem-Solving: Quick response and efficient resolution of travel-related issues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks.
Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel services.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using travel reservation systems.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in bookings and travel arrangements.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers for a positive experience.
Personal Travel Experience: A plus but not mandatory.


Education & Experience:
