Mission

Support the Training team in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs aimed at improving the skills and competencies of both clinical and non-clinical staff at the Asian Heart Institute. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality training sessions that enhance soft and technical skills, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care and hospital operations.

Key Outcomes for Year One

Successful Training Delivery:
- Facilitate the effective implementation of training programs, achieving high staff engagement and completion rates.
- Ensure 100% of staff receive their required 96 hours of annual training.
Improvement Tracking:
- Support feedback mechanisms and help track performance improvements, contributing to at least a 10% year-over-year increase in training effectiveness.
Compliance Adherence:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring all training programs comply with healthcare regulations and help maintain accreditation standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Training.
Background in hospitality, such as hotels, airlines, or healthcare organizations, is highly preferred.
