Key Responsibilities

Ground Staff:
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other pre-flight services.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, gates, and airport amenities.
- Ensure passenger safety and security by adhering to airport protocols.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and reports related to passenger services.
Cabin Crew:
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with in-flight requests, meals, and entertainment.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
- Respond to any emergencies and administer first aid if necessary.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth flight operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
A positive, approachable attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
Experience handling customer complaints or inquiries is a plus.
For cabin crew roles, prior experience as a flight attendant or certification is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Full-time and flexible hours are available, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Rotational shifts for cabin crew roles based on flight schedules.
