Key Responsibilities

  • Ground Staff:

    • Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other pre-flight services.
    • Provide information regarding flight schedules, gates, and airport amenities.
    • Ensure passenger safety and security by adhering to airport protocols.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and reports related to passenger services.
  • Cabin Crew:

    • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with in-flight requests, meals, and entertainment.
    • Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
    • Respond to any emergencies and administer first aid if necessary.
    • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth flight operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • A positive, approachable attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience handling customer complaints or inquiries is a plus.
  • For cabin crew roles, prior experience as a flight attendant or certification is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and flexible hours are available, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Rotational shifts for cabin crew roles based on flight schedules.
