We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Ticketing & Reservation Manager with expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all flight booking and ticketing processes while ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Assist customers with booking flights, sharing airline schedules, fares, and availability.
Use GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for ticket reservations and issuance.
Manage ticket modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refund calculations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to provide accurate, updated travel information.
Keep current with travel trends, airline policies, and regulations.
Adhere to standard procedures and company policies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Experience in ticketing/reservations or the travel industry preferred.
Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Knowledge of airline codes, fare structures, and flight regulations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Capable of managing difficult situations with professionalism.
