Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is functional.
Provide information and assist passengers with flight details, baggage, and any inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin, ensuring it meets safety and cleanliness standards.
Monitor and address passenger concerns to ensure a positive travel experience.
Coordinate with the flight team and other ground staff for seamless flight operations.
Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
