Job Synopsis
Disney is looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our growing team in the aviation industry. This position includes roles such as Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, and Ticket Checker. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, safety, and smooth operations at the airport or onboard the flight. As part of our team, you will engage with passengers, assist with check-in and boarding procedures, ensure safety regulations are followed, and contribute to an exceptional travel experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Ground Staff:

    • Assist passengers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding.
    • Ensure smooth operations at check-in counters and provide excellent customer service.
    • Coordinate with security and other airport staff to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
    • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Cabin Crew:

    • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight.
    • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety briefings.
    • Offer in-flight services, including food, beverages, and entertainment.
    • Respond to medical emergencies and other passenger needs.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin during the flight.
  • Ticket Checker:

    • Verify passenger tickets and ID at the gate or during boarding.
    • Assist passengers in locating their seats and handle any boarding issues.
    • Ensure flight schedules are followed and provide necessary updates to passengers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in the aviation industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Friendly, approachable attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
  • For Cabin Crew roles: Comfortable working in an enclosed environment and handling emergency situations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the aviation industry or similar roles is a plus.
  • For Cabin Crew positions, relevant experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Ticket Checkers should have experience in handling customer inquiries and working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • This position requires shift-based work, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The schedule will vary depending on flight schedules and operational needs.
