STABLX is seeking a part-time International Education Consultant who is passionate and knowledgeable about global education. This remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to guide students worldwide, helping them access educational opportunities abroad.
✅ Student Guidance & Consultation:
Provide personalized consulting services to students and families regarding international education options (undergraduate, graduate programs, language courses, and cultural exchange opportunities).
Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend appropriate educational pathways and institutions.
✅ Application & Enrollment Support:
Guide students through the application process, including assistance with essays, resumes, and interview preparation.
Support students in understanding admission procedures, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
Collaborate with educational institutions and organizations to facilitate student enrollment.
✅ Research & Industry Expertise:
Stay updated on international education trends, requirements, and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and provide timely follow-ups throughout the application and enrollment process.
✅ Student Transition Support:
Offer ongoing assistance to students during their transition to studying abroad, addressing concerns and challenges.
Contribute to the development of educational resources, including workshops and webinars.
✅ Team Collaboration & Innovation:
Work with team members to enhance the quality of consulting services and maintain exceptional customer service.
Participate in professional development to stay informed about industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
???????? Experience:
Proven experience in international education consulting, student advising, or related fields.
Strong understanding of educational systems, admission requirements, and cultural nuances across countries.
???? Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse student populations.
Proficiency in online research tools, educational databases, and student management systems.
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with the team.
