Job Description

Background

Sia Partners is looking for an experienced Change Impact Specialist to join the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting a global leader in coatings and manufacturing. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition during an SAP S/4HANA transformation by:

  • Driving business readiness
  • Strengthening stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting adoption of new processes, roles, and technology

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SAP change management and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas requiring interventions.
  • Develop and execute structured change management plans, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
  • Establish change champion networks to facilitate smooth adoption.
  • Drive business readiness activities, ensuring stakeholders, customers, and third parties are prepared.
  • Analyze data readiness and process adoption gaps in collaboration with project teams.
  • Develop and implement communication plans, training materials, and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent stakeholder experience by partnering with OCM leads and other workstream leaders.
  • Deliver impact reporting, change metrics, and leadership updates on adoption progress.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance to change through coaching and hands-on support.
  • Support post-implementation transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations.
    • Led 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs, managing complex change initiatives, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Expertise in S/4HANA Change Management Methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent).
    • Experience in consulting projects preferred.
    • Strong skills in business readiness, stakeholder analysis, training development, and communication strategies.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related field.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
    • Empathy, active listening, and adaptability to handle organizational change challenges.
