Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Consultation: Understand client travel preferences and offer customized travel solutions.
✔ Booking & Reservations: Handle end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
✔ Itinerary Planning: Create detailed, well-structured travel plans for individuals and groups.
✔ Vendor Coordination: Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners for smooth arrangements.
✔ Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any travel-related issues before, during, or after the trip.
✔ Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and destinations to provide the best options.
✔ Documentation Management: Ensure timely processing and delivery of tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.
✔ Sales & Marketing: Upsell travel packages, special offers, and add-ons to clients.

Eligibility & Skills Required

For Freshers:

✅ Passion for travel and learning about the industry.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work well in a team and handle customer interactions.
✅ Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
✅ Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-centric approach.

For Experienced Candidates:

✅ 1-3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry (preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel booking systems (GDS, Amadeus, Sabre), and travel policies.
✅ Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage client expectations and deliver top-tier travel experiences.
✅ Experience using travel tools and software efficiently.
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
