Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Salesforce and business process best practices.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and guide clients through their Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
Deliver quick wins and long-term strategic solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, and more.
Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Stay current with Salesforce product enhancements and emerging tech.
3+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Experience in technical consulting, business process design, or enterprise architecture.
Ability to optimize processes across systems and craft integrated, user-centric solutions.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable working with design tools and documentation.
Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud solution architecture.
Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart or similar for process modeling.
Background working with designers and custom web component development.
