As a Travel and Sales Specialist Intern, you will play an integral role in travel planning, customer engagement, and sales activities. Upon successfully completing the internship and based on performance evaluation, you will be offered a full-time position with competitive pay.
✔ Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services.
✔ Travel Planning & Coordination:
???? Research and create customized travel itineraries.
???? Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and airlines to ensure smooth arrangements.
???? Handle travel-related documentation, including tickets, visas, and permits.
✔ Sales & Promotion:
???? Promote travel packages and services to prospective clients.
???? Work towards achieving sales targets by closing deals with customers.
✔ Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.
✔ Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company CRM. Assist in the preparation of travel proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
✔ Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and competitive pricing. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
✔ Education: Diploma or higher (preferred).
✔ Skills Required:
???? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
???? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
???? Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.
???? Basic knowledge of travel planning and destinations (preferred).
???? Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
