Job Description

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Consultant will be part of the Global Cloud team, responsible for designing and setting up environments that align with business and customer specifications. The role ensures that infrastructure solutions are stable, secure, and future-proof.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Infrastructure

Must-Have Skills

Strong focus on business outcomes and delivering value.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand customer infrastructure needs for:
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Dynamics 365 Business Central
Provide infrastructure requirements to support solutions on Azure or Dynamics 365 platforms.
Offer consulting expertise and recommendations using best practices to clients.
Assist in project/solution estimation and planning for Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers.
Respond to customer concerns as a key team member.
Maintain certifications and participate in training opportunities.
Attend local technology-focused user groups.
Provide infrastructure leadership and act as a subject matter expert on:
- Dynamics 365
- Azure
Ability to self-start in a complex technical environment.
Strong collaboration, communication, and client-facing skills in a consulting environment.
Proactive approach to engaging with cross-functional teams and customers.
Customer responsiveness, active listening, and expectation management within projects.
