Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Agents specializing in the US travel market. This role involves selling and assisting customers with flights, hotels, car rentals, train tickets, cruises, vacation packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate should be able to handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and customer inquiries while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales & Bookings:

Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries for US domestic and international travel.
Assist clients with flight, hotel, car rental, train, cruise, and holiday package bookings.
Provide real-time travel support for existing reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and rebooking.

✔ Upselling & Cross-Selling:

Maximize revenue by offering seat upgrades, extra baggage, lounge access, and travel insurance.
Promote exclusive hotel promotions, travel deals, and premium services.

✔ Travel Expertise & Customer Service:

Stay updated with US airline policies (AA, Delta, United, Southwest, etc.), hotel offers, and travel regulations.
Handle refund requests, travel disruptions, and emergency assistance efficiently.
Ensure an excellent customer experience by providing timely and accurate travel information.

✔ Technical & Performance Goals:

Work with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
Utilize online travel booking systems to manage reservations efficiently.
Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and customer service KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Minimum Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
✔ Sales-Oriented Mindset – Ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
✔ Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English with a customer-focused approach.
✔ GDS Experience – Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is a plus.
✔ Problem-Solving Skills – Quick decision-making and ability to handle travel-related issues.
✔ Customer Service Excellence – Ability to assist travelers efficiently and professionally.
✔ Flexibility to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Adapting to dynamic travel industry trends.
