Role Overview

As an OT Cybersecurity Consultant, you will work with clients to assess, design, and implement cybersecurity solutions tailored to industrial environments. You'll identify vulnerabilities, align strategies with global frameworks, support compliance, and demonstrate technical solutions to drive client adoption. You'll also gain hands-on experience with Verve Industrial’s cybersecurity software platform and contribute to product development feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on OT cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and compliance.
Perform security posture assessments using frameworks like NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
Design and implement security policies, standards, and response procedures.
Deliver reports, roadmaps, and presentations to executive stakeholders.
Drive go-to-market strategies and consulting methodologies.
Conduct product demos, POCs, and virtual proof-of-value (vPOV) engagements.
Deploy and configure Verve Industrial’s software and provide client training.
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating solutions into business value.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available.)
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (20–80%).

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience in OT cybersecurity or critical infrastructure.
Proficiency with NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NERC CIP.
Experience with security risk assessments, compliance audits, and incident response plans.
Knowledge of ICS threat intelligence and security controls.
Familiarity with security tools: firewalls, IDS, endpoint protection, and network segmentation.
Experience with Verve Industrial’s software platform is a plus.
Background in industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, etc.) or consulting.
Relevant certifications: GICSP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443.
Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
