We are hiring International Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram! If you have experience in the USA travel market, are confident with Amadeus ticketing software, and are passionate about customer service and sales, this is the opportunity for you.
Handle international travel queries, primarily from the USA market.
Book and manage flights using Amadeus ticketing software.
Handle calls related to major US airlines including American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, etc.
Provide outstanding customer service and support with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Experience: Must have prior experience in the USA travel market
Technical Skills: Proficient in using Amadeus (mandatory)
Knowledge of major US airline systems and call handling procedures
Good communication skills and a proactive sales mindset
Shifts: Day shift / Night shift / US shift
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
