Aadam Holidays Pvt Ltd is looking for a Domestic Tour Manager with at least 1 year of experience in handling tour packages for destinations like Manali, Shimla, Kerala, Goa, etc. This role is open for freshers as well as experienced professionals with expertise in domestic/international tour sales.
✔ Sales & Consultation: Assist customers in selecting travel packages, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
✔ Tour Planning & Execution: Manage end-to-end domestic travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and activities.
✔ Client Handling: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
✔ Package Customization: Offer tailored travel solutions based on customer preferences.
✔ Coordination with Vendors: Work with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
✔ Documentation & Ticketing: Handle travel insurance, visas, and ticketing as needed.
✔ Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends and competitive pricing to maximize customer satisfaction.
For Freshers:
✅ Passion for travel and a willingness to learn.
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of travel destinations in India.
✅ Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
For Experienced Candidates:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
✅ Knowledge of domestic tour packages (Shimla, Manali, Kerala, Goa, etc.).
✅ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
