Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, office, or customer support role. Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.

Experience:
- Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative, office, or customer support role (remote experience is a plus).

- Additional Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is preferred.
Working Hours:
