Technical Assistance: Provide remote technical support to clients via online channels such as email, chat, and video calls.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
Guidance: Offer clear instructions on system and software installation, setup, and configuration.
Remote Access: Assist clients in diagnosing and resolving issues by remotely accessing their devices when necessary.
Documentation: Accurately document all support interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
Follow-up: Ensure client satisfaction by following up on resolved issues.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer care, and empathy during all interactions.
Skill Development: Stay updated with the latest technical advancements, product features, and troubleshooting techniques.
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in computers, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software applications, and network troubleshooting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clarity: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or similar customer service role.
Proven experience troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
Previous remote work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Schedule: Full-time, work-from-home position.
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts based on client needs.
