Full Job Description

We are hiring Travel Sales Experts with expertise in handling PPC or Google campaign calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales calls and convert them into bookings.
  • Make PNRs, reservations, and sell airline tickets using GDS (Amadeus required).
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Work during the US shift to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in core US travel sales.
  • Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus knowledge is mandatory).
  • Candidates with prior experience in organizations like Xcelserv Serve, Fareportal, TravelUnravel, Expedia, or similar are preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation or equivalent work experience in travel sales.

Salary & Incentives:

  • Competitive package up to ₹55,000 + incentives.
  • Taxi allowance provided (no direct taxis offered).
  • Rotational offs.
