Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Use Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems to book flight tickets, hotel stays, rental cars, and other travel services.
  • Process client reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with company policies, travel regulations, and client preferences.
  • Skillfully navigate Amadeus and Sabre GDS platforms to book, modify, and manage travel itineraries.
  • Stay updated with the latest GDS functionalities, tools, and system updates to enhance service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GDS bookings or system performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Travel Specialist, preferably with expertise in Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards, airline operations, and booking procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
